Order and Payment Details
To order, please fill up the order form in the link below.
Upon receipt of order, confirmation email will be sent out within 24 hours.
Payment can be made in a few ways:
1. Transfer of Funds to Maybank Account No.
-5143 2912 0504
2. PayPal - Upon receipt of order, details will be sent for payment via Credit Card or Paypal balance.
All payment by PayPal will be converted by reference to the exchange rate as provided by The Malaysian Central Bank on the day the order is placed.
Note : You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via Credit Card.
3. Money Order which can be obtained from Pos
Malaysia Bhd
All payment is to be received within 3 working days from date of order submission unless the terms are COD.
Items will be posted within 3 working days from the final confirmation of the order via email and clearance of payment.
All items not paid within the specified time (without valid reason) will be returned online for sale.
Please note that all prices quoted are exclusive of any delivery charges. International customers are responsible for any custom charges or service fees applicable to their respective countries.
Delivery Rates and Options
Local Delivery
1. Free delivery via Registered Mail (up to 50 gms) - only applicable for purchase of jewelry items
2. Insurance on Registered Mail - Additional RM1.50
for every RM100 insured value (minimum insured
value must be RM100)
3. PosLaju (delivery within 3 days) - RM 6
International Delivery
1. Registered Mail - RM10
2. Insurance on Registered Mail - depends on destination country (we will advise upon confirmation of order)
Terms and Conditions
Please be advised that we do not accept cancellations once orders are confirmed.
All sales are final and items sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Serenity Gemz reserves the right to accept or reject any orders.
All items will be sufficiently bubble wrapped for safe delivery.
Serenity Gemz holds no responsibility for items lost or damaged once posted.
